We’ll be in Manhattan Beach all month long, covering beach volleyball. We started off on August 2nd and 3rd with the annual Charlie Saikley 6man. Commonly known as the best weekend ever, it lived up to the nickname once again. From my own perspective, this is ‘kinda like’ the all star game of beach volleyball. Looking through our photo galleries you just may spot former Olympians, former NBA players, many of the top collegiate athletes and many AVP pros!
The 6man was definitely a great kick off to an awesome month of beach volleyball, in Manhattan Beach, California.

Last year in 2023 we were only able to make it out to Friday, due to weather. We did manage to capture quite a few matches that day.

Relive the moments from all of these very tough competitions. We were all treated to some phenomenal beach volleyball, from the women’s tournament. Meanwhile, lots of Men’s beach volleyball is also taking place, at these AVP tournaments, and at the annual 6man. There was a Women’s AA in Manhattan, on the 25th of August. Spent that day at the hospital with one of my family members. Missed out on what I hear, was also a great day on the sand. We finished out the month of August, just down the street from Manhattan, in Hermosa beach, for the Gene Selznick Open. More galleries are coming from this as well.
